The Community
Our newest residential golf community provides some of the most spectacular vistas in all of Arizona. The views are unequalled. Immediately to the East is the awe-inspiring Tonto National Forest, one of the last great wilderness preserves to be treasured for generations. The first phase of construction is underway on the Western portion of Vista Verde from which homes will offer a spectacular panorama of mountain ranges and endless, unobstructed desert habitat and greenbelt riparian areas.
Golf
Noted golf course architect Ken Kavanaugh designed 18 extraordinary holes (ultimately 27 holes) with meticulous care to fashion a course of pure enjoyment for golfers of every skill level. The entire course features carefully crafted holes that blend seamlessly with the native desert, yet resist the usual target golf style so often found in desert environments. Landing areas are extremely generous, creating multiple routes from tee to green; many of Vista Verde’s fairways are as wide as a football field.
The Clubhouse
The preliminary design process is underway for the clubhouse campus. Due to the natural slope of the land, we are afforded the opportunity to design a walk-out-style facility. The clubhouse will be oriented to the East, capturing exceptional vistas of the Mazatzal Mountains, Four Peaks, Weaver’s Needle, and the legendary Superstition Mountain Range. The upper level of the clubhouse will feature the primary dining area, bar and grille, and other comfortable spaces. On the lower level we will locate our golf pro shop, fitness center, and community rooms. No timetable has been established for the construction of the clubhouse.
